Order Score Reports

During exam registration, each candidate may request up to five states for NBEO to release their score report at no charge. NBEO will automatically release the score reports to the selected states upon a candidate’s completion of the state board’s licensure requirements.  To request a report beyond the five free score reports, a candidate must purchase a score report at the link below. 

If a candidate previously selected fewer than 5 states and would like to add a state after the automated score release, they may do so within one year of their graduation date by emailing nbeoregistrar@optometry.org with their Name, OE Tracker #, and requested state. Candidates may also email nbeoregistrar@optometry.org to request a score report for their personal records. If at least one year has elapsed since the candidate’s graduation date, the candidate must purchase a score report at the link below.

Requested report orders can take up to 7 business days to be processed. During high request periods, orders may take additional time.
