(Candidates who pass all exam parts – Parts I, II, III, and TMOD – will automatically be issued a free certificate to recognize this achievement. Certificates will be mailed within 12 weeks of exam passage and graduation.)

Important Message

NBEO is aware that some candidates have been informed by their state boards that score access is unavailable. Since March 2026, NBEO has provided all state boards with the ability to register for and access the new State Board Portal, along with multiple communications, onboarding instructions, and training resources. If your state board indicates they do not have access, we encourage them to contact NBEO directly for assistance so we can support completion of their portal setup.
