Order Score Reports

Each candidate may request a total of up to five free score reports to be released to state boards. Candidates may select up to 5 states during their exam registration, and NBEO will automatically release the score reports to the selected states upon completion of state board requirements.  

If a candidate previously selected less than 5 states and would like to add a state after the automated score release, they may email registrar@optometry.org with their Name, OE Tracker #, and requested state. Candidates may also email registrar@optometry.org to request a score report for their personal records. 

To request a report beyond the five free score reports, a candidate must purchase a score report at the link below.

Important Message

NBEO is aware that some candidates have been informed by their state boards that score access is unavailable. Since March 2026, NBEO has provided all state boards with the ability to register for and access the new State Board Portal, along with multiple communications, onboarding instructions, and training resources. If your state board indicates they do not have access, we encourage them to contact NBEO directly for assistance so we can support completion of their portal setup.
